British Ornithological Trust - independent charitable research institute combining professional and citizen science aimed at using evidence of change in wildlife populations, particularly birds, to inform the public, opinion-formers and environmental policy- and decision-makers.

Bumblebee Conservation Trust - established because of serious concerns about the 'plight of the bumblebee'. In the last 80 years our bumblebee populations have crashed. Two species have become nationally extinct and several others have declined dramatically.

Empty Common Community Garden - This new garden aims to be ecologically sound and is run on organic principles. It allows gardening experiences for all ages and abilities and is a space where people can also relax, play and socialise. All are welcome to come along and get involved.

Verdant Earth - Garden design and consultant service specializing innatural spaces which honour and respect our natural environment.

Wildlife Trust - Mission is to:

  • Conserve local wildlife, by caring for land ourselves and with others
  • Inspire others to take action for wildlife
  • Inform people, by offering advice and sharing knowledge
